What a action-packed and fun summer we had this year! From visiting Brett's family in Ohio in June to swim and dance lessons; a cooking class for Stella, and a week-long camp in August, we lived every day to the fullest. The highlights of course included seeing Ohio family members and my older brother's family, who lives in Qatar most of the year, as teachers, but come back for the summer, and seeing my younger brother and sister-in-law in July. I'm usually not a big summer fan, but this year I really enjoyed being with my girls and spending time with friends and family. It was a pretty mild summer weather-wise, so I think that definitely contributed to the joy factor.
