Brett and I decided in September that we wanted to have some projects done around the house. We hired our friend's company, South Lake Creative Builders to do the work. The projects included painting and installing trim in the hallway and painting existing trim in the dining area and one of the long walls in the kitchen; reflooring, painting, knocking out a couple soffits, and tiling the bathroom; installing a new front door plus new tile entryway; finishing our porch; and putting in a shower in our downstairs bathroom so that we would have a shower while the upstairs bathroom got worked on.
The project started mid-October, and ended the beginning of December. We are happy with how everything turned out. Now I need to figure out how to furnish and style the porch and buy some new stuff for the bathroom now that the paint color is different.
