Stella is 8 months old today! She is rolling around all over the floor and sometimes experiments with getting up on her knees like she is going to crawl, but then she doesn't quite know what to do next. It's pretty cute to watch.
My cousin, Hans is getting married this Friday night. I will do my utmost to take pictures.
We are flying out to Ohio to visit Brett's family; more than half of them have not met Stella yet. We would appreciate prayers for traveling with a baby and all possible challenges that come with her sleeping in a different crib, schedule disruption, etc.
My brother, Jared, and sister-in-law, Corinne, just accepted jobs over the weekend to teach at a college preparatory school in Doha, Qatar. They leave in August. More details on that later.
Jared turns 32 on Saturday and we're going to celebrate as a family by meeting up for brunch.
Feb 9th - we visited my friend, Missy and her daughter, Audrey (who turned one in December). Stella loves watching (and admiring) older kids, so she had a blast. I enjoyed catching up with Missy, who is a sweet and fun friend.
