to-do

I feel so behind and overwhelmed right now. There are so many tasks and projects on our to-do list and nearly no free time to accomplish them. Here are just a few of them:

Paint trim in hallway and kitchen
Paint remaining doors (4)
Install the doors
Paint the basement
Figure out a play room/storage for basement
Buy art for front room walls
Buy a couple more lamps
Figure out window treatments for huge window in front room
Remodel main bathroom (probably not going to happen until next year)
Remodel four-seasons porch (probably not happening for another year or two)
Remodel fireplace (next year?)
Figure out what to do with the tiny bathroom downstairs - add a shower to it? Put a nicer bathroom in next to the future bedroom that will be downstairs?
Add another coat of white paint to the girls' closet doors (they're appearing yellowish)
Replace front screen door
Buy and install screen for large sliding glass door in kitchen leading to deck
Strip badly-painted deck (thanks a lot, previous owners) and stain it
Buy deck furniture
Surrender cat to the Humane Society

I haven't even gotten to the yard yet.
